Refund & Return Policy – SlaybyLaura
At SlaybyLaura, we are wholeheartedly dedicated to providing superior hair products for our customers worldwide. Our 100% raw and virgin hair is thoroughly tested to ensure impeccable quality and standards. Please review the following policies carefully before ordering on www.slaybylaura.com.
1. Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and will be fully refunded (minus any applicable payment processing fees for Buy Now, Pay Later options).

After 24 hours: Orders canceled after 24 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
How to Cancel:

Locate your order number in your confirmation email.

Email us at Slaybylaura@outlook.com with the subject: Cancel Order: [Order Number].

We will confirm cancellation and process your refund within 48–72 hours.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), customers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
If you wish to withdraw, you must notify us by email at Slaybylaura@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. You may also use our standard withdrawal form see section 10.
3. Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights
In accordance with 2 kap. 11 § 3 p. Distansavtalslagen and UK Regulation 28(1)(b) Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013., the following items are non-returnable and non-refundableunless faulty or incorrect:

Custom-made wigs or products created specifically to the customer’s requirements (e.g., density, length, color).

Items altered by third parties (e.g., hairstylists, colorists).

Sale items and gift cards.
4. Returns (Eligible Products Only)
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Timeframe: You must contact us at Slaybylaura@outlook.com within 72 hours of delivery (per carrier tracking). Items reported after this period are not eligible.
5. Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact us at Slaybylaura@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

We will evaluate and confirm whether a return is warranted.

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 7 business days.
6. Standard Return Instructions (If Eligible)
For eligible returns (non-custom, non-sale items):

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include your order confirmation or receipt.

Ship via tracked delivery to the following address:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
7. Return Costs

Customer’s responsibility: If the return is due to withdrawal (standard return).

SlaybyLaura’s responsibility: If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.
8. Restocking Fees

Order cancellations after 24 hours: 25% restocking fee.
-
Returns (non-custom items): 25% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Banks/payment providers may take an additional 7–10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

11. Shipping & Delivery Information

Orders are shipped with tracking.

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details at purchase.
